Q:Yes, I understand that the M9 RE is cheaper. But explain us why please ? Maybe because is a refurbished phone that has been returned by other unsatisfied costumers ? If so, then the phones work ok ?

A:It has been returned for it has some problem within the 15 days return period. These stocks will then went through a series of quality test and refurbished by Meizu if necessary.it work ok.

Q:But why the RE version is cheaper? Is a second hand (used) product ? Please could you explain the difference between 0 Gb version and 8 Gb ? Does the M9 have guarantee?Headphones can be ordered too?

A:RE version is the Official Meizu M9 RE (Refurbished version) from Meizu. All Meizu M9 RE versions are devices that are returned by customers to Meizu within the 15 days return period. These stocks will then went through a series of quality test and refurbished by Meizu if necessary. All the accessories and packaging of the Meizu M9 RE version will be brand new and there might be some slight tear and wear on the external of the phone.M9 and M9 RE get one year guarantee,we will add Headphones soon.

Q:Hi. Please could you explain the differences between all the versions of Meizu M9 you are selling. Is a little confusing. Why the 0 Gb version cost more than the 8 Gb version ? Headphones r included?

A:Hi,M9 has two version,one is M9,another one is M9 RE.M9 RE is cheaper than M9.Headphones's not included.
